We know that this year and especially the last week has been a stressful time for all of the those who have completed their A-levels.
We know that this year and especially the last week has been a stressful time for all of the those who have completed their A-levels.
The first thing we would like to say is well done, although you may have not yet received the grades that you hoped for, we know how much work you would have put into your studies, and for that, you should be proud.
Today we welcome the announcement from the Government that A-level, AS, GCSE, Skills Challenge Certificate, International Baccalaureate and Welsh Baccalaureate grades, will now be awarded based on your school or college assessment grades.
In light of this announcement, UWE Bristol has confirmed that they will honour any offers made where centre-assessed grades would secure a place that has not yet been confirmed.
If you have any questions about whether this may affect your application to UWE Bristol, please read their guidance and advice here.
We hope that today’s announcement will start to put an end to some of the uncertainty that you may be feeling. As ever, if you need any support, please let us know.
Best wishes,
Augusta Chidinma Nnajiofor
