The SU to arrange for onsite blood donation opportunities

Extra Information:

The closest stalls are at least 2 miles away; on site location would coax more students to donate as they have less to go out their way.

This Idea opened on 09th October 2017 and closed for voting on 30th October 2017.
This Idea has conditionally passed. Work will start on this Idea unless it is vetoed by 50%+1 of the Student Council Meeting 28 Nov 2017. Click here for more info
November 2017: Student Council agreed to pass this Idea. This Idea has been sent to The Executive for work to begin.
April 2021: Conversations have begun with Red Cross to action this and will be resumed once the pandemic is no longer affecting normal operations.

Rebecca Triplett: 9:06pm on 14 Oct 17 I think this is an amazing idea, I have to drive to Southmead to donate which is ok, but I wouldn’t be able to do it if I didn’t drive. I think having it on campus would especially encourage more first years to donate along with others on campus.
